How I Do Problem Solving in 2025 • Part 2

geometry my classroom problem solving rubrics teaching tips youtube Nov 03, 2025

In Part 1 of this Problem-Solving series I shared how frequently I am giving students problem-solving tasks in the 2025 school year. If you haven't read/seen the post, then click here and then come back to part 2.

In Part 2, I share some of the student solutions I received from September, the rubric I used to score their submissions and feedback codes I provided students. Since this was the first time both students and I were doing problem-solving as part of their grade, students learned a great deal about what they are capable and how to meet the success criteria. Therefore, I told students I would replace their September score with their October score if it was better. You can find downloadable resources below the video.
